What is the estimated timeline for completing a home after construction begins?

Construction timelines are flexible; however, once ground is broken, homes are generally expected to be completed within 12 months.

What is the minimum home size?

Homes on lots that do not require a hangar must contain a minimum of 1,800 square feet of living space.

Are hangar homes required on every residential lot?

 No. Six residential lots do not require a hangar, and hangars are not required on equestrian lots.

Will each property require its own septic system?

 Yes. Each property owner is responsible for installing an individual septic system.

Will each property require its own well?

 Yes. Each property owner is responsible for installing a well. Depth? Approximately 300 feet, depending on the location.
